Vancouver 2010

Vancouver 2010, Many of you think I am here to talk about the Hockey events in the Olympic games, Well I might get to that later. But first is a huge annoyance that has come across me. The Video Game Vancouver 2010, does NOT have Hockey in the game. It is by far the biggest event of the Winter olympics. By far. How can you not include it in the Winter Olympics game? Yeah on 2k11 and nhl11 we will get the teams but come on. Serously? GAH!!!!!

Now on to the actual Olympics, Now that most of the rosters have been announced, (Im not sure if all of them have or not) what are your predictions on how our NHL boys will do? Who are you rooting for? who do you think will win?

As much I want USA to win, I dont see it happening. I see Canada winning the Gold for these reasons. The men upstairs. Mike Babcock Jacques Lemaire Lindy Ruff Ken Hitchcock Steve Yzerman Doug Armstrong Ken Holland Kevin Lowe Wayne Gretzky Support Staff
These are the guys upstairs including coaches. Great start for team Canada, some of the biggest names to ever be involved in hockey running the program.

Goaltending, I think they have by far the strongest group of Goalies in Marty, Fleury, and Luongo. Easily top 10 goalies in hockey right now are all three of them.

Forewards, As much as I think Crosby is a little b**ch and wishes he would retire, I will aknoladge his offensive ability. Even though he is Defensivly... for lack of better terms retarded, There is more than enoough talent on Team Canada to make up for it. Iginla, Getzlaf, Nash, Bergeron, Heatly, Perry, Stall, Thornton, Towes to name most of them.

D, Neidermayer, Pronger, Seabrook, Keith, Boyle.

They have all they could want and more to win gold.

I see some competition from Sweden though, Zetterberg, Holmstrom, Lidstrom, Kronwall, Ohlund, Backstrom, Alfredson, Foresberg, and the Sedins. I think their offence matched up decently with Canada, but in Goaltending and D, they do not stand a chance. I think they will win Silver.

Russia I think Will win Bronze because of their offensive power, and pretty good goaltending, but the lack of D will hurt them.
If one of these teams gets knocked off I see USA winning bronze.

Boreing Hockey game vs and Exciting Baseball game

SO I just watched a very boreing Hockey game. Game 6 WIngs Ducks. It was one of the most boreing games I have ever seen. Neither team showed much urgancy. But something odd, It was still more exciting than a good baseball game. Baseball is such a slow game. I dont know, its just me.

How sports affect our lives.

Yes we all know sports are amazing, every person has a different combination of sports they like to play and watch, I am a huge hockey fan, and if there is a game on, especially a Red Wings game, You had better not have plans to watch something. Put it this way, Im such a Di Hard fan, I quit my 3rd shift job because I couldnt watch the game live, Yeah, I dvr'd them, but as most of you know, Its just not the same. But now that I lost track of where I was going with this, back to what I was origionally saying, Sports affect almost every aspect of out lives, This  was Inspired when I was watching Sports center... For some stupid reason... and I heard them mention the last name Roy and they said it as Roy, being a hockey fan I corrected the man on the TV and said "its pronounced Wah you moron" I sat there for a second thinking about that. Thinking about it even more I cannot even count the number of times I have said Suh Tan instead of Satan.
